Hailey is a 3rd year graduate student obtaining her Master's in Counseling at Boise State University. Hailey has a passion for helping others overcome obstacles and empowering them to realize their innate ability for resilience. She has adopted an empathetic and non-judgmental approach to counseling where she believes encouragement, collaboration, and promoting behavioral change is key for optimal mental health. She is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment to explore client's experiences and challenges. Hailey strategizes in viewing individuals holistically and enjoys personalizing treatment plans for each client's unique needs and strengths.
Hailey utilizes Adlerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and a Strength-Based approach. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults. She has experience working with issues related to depression, anxiety, life-transitions, suicidal ideation, self-esteem, LGBTQI+ identity, grief and loss, trauma, addiction, relationships, and coping skills. She is also currently interning at schools local to the Treasure Valley and provides workshops for college students at BSU.
Hailey is a writer and works as a writing coach at BSU. She also enjoys volunteering at programs local to the Boise community. In her free time, she enjoys anything outdoors and frequently spends time on the green belt or hiking in the foothills. Hailey loves recreational activities such as rock climbing, snowboarding, and riding her bike. She also adores spending time with her cat and dog.
