Tayla Taylor, LMSW - Therapist

Tayla is a Licensed Master Social Worker who recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Social

Work from Boise State University. She holds a passion for working with children, adolescents,

and families. Tayla began her mental health career working with adolescents within intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization settings. Her graduate experience has equipped her with skills in addressing various mental health needs such as anxiety, depression, trauma, & PTSD. Tayla strives to create a safe place for all who are looking for support. 


Tayla's therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that every individual is the expert of their own

experiences and journey. She uses a person-centered framework, prioritizing a warm, trusting

therapeutic relationship as the foundation of treatment. Tayla believes in tailoring the therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of the clients and often incorporates mindfulness-based practices, strength-based techniques, and empowerment-focused strategies to help clients build insight, resilience, and a deeper sense of self-worth and understanding.

Tayla has lived in Boise for the past 5 years and grew up in Eastern Idaho. Outside of work, Tayla can be found spending hours reading, crafting, and being surrounded by friends and loved ones.
