Madison Hobdy, LMSW - Therapist

Graduate smiling in cap and gown outdoors.

Madison is a Licensed Professional Social Worker (LMSW) who earned a Master of Social Work degree from Boise State University.

Whether you are a young adult navigating overwhelming transitions, a teen exploring their identity, or a child struggling to express big emotions, therapy can be a powerful place to feel heard and understood. Madison offers a calm, compassionate space for kids, teens, and young adults to explore their inner world, build coping tools, and reconnect with a sense of safety in themselves and their relationships. She is passionate about working with young people who may not feel safe or comfortable opening up at home or in other environments.

Madison draws from CBT, ACT, and mindfulness techniques. Above all, she meets clients where they are. Her approach is flexible and insight-focused because she believes therapy should feel like a partnership. Each person's story is unique, and she adapts her style to fit what feels supportive, empowering, and effective for you or your child.

Therapy can become that one space where you don't have to pretend, filter, or hold it all together. Madison's goal is always to create a safe space for you or your child to feel listened to. If you are looking for a therapist who leads with warmth and openness, she would be honored to walk alongside you!
